The role focuses on sourcing quality goods and services, ensuring transparent procurement processes, controlling costs, coordinating timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement and asset records.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Plan and coordinate procurement requirements in line with approved budgets and operational priorities.

• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and coordinate supplier evaluations based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

• Review specifications and ensure purchasing requirements meet business and technical needs.

• Negotiate with suppliers within approved limits and prepare procurement recommendations for approval.

• Coordinate supplier due diligence, purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.

• Monitor deliveries, verify acceptance records, and resolve supply delays, defects, and service issues.

• Coordinate invoice documentation with Finance and maintain accurate asset and equipment handover records.

• Monitor supplier performance, procurement spending, and compliance with internal policies.

• Coordinate facility-related operational needs and support the availability of required workplace resources.

𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or contract administration.

• Experience purchasing technology devices, equipment, or operational supplies is an advantage.

• Strong skills in supplier evaluation, negotiation, cost analysis, and purchase order management.

• Excellent documentation, organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to transparent procurement practices.

• Relevant professional procurement certification is an advantage.
